1. Prep your skin by applying your favorite serum or night cream to your skin. Preferably one that has a little 'slip' to it. We suggest the Clear Glow Facial Oil.
2. You can finish up by using the corners of the tool to relive tension as pressure points such as outer nose, temples, cheekbones.
3. Using the heart-shaped side, glide along the jawline and chin in outward motions. *Rotate the gua sha to align with the natural contours of your forehead and cheeks and sweep outwards.
