When will I receive my order?
Our current processing time is 1- 5 days. When you get to checkout, you should see your shipping time. So processing + shipping time.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to health reasons, but if there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I edit my shipping address after I have placed an order?
Email email@example.com as soon as possible so we can update the information before we create a label and ship out your order.
Where do you ship?
We are a US based company, so we ship domestically. We are also glad to say we now ship internationally! Shipping will be dependent on location and weight when you get to checkout.
If my skin type is not listed under a product, does that mean I can't use it?
No actually! We put the skin type we believe will benefit the most from that specific product. Other skin types may use it and receive benefits as well.
How do I get free shipping?
For domestic shipping, if you spend $65 or more you automatically qualify for free shipping (no code needed). For international shipping, if you spend $100 or more, you automatically qualify for free shipping (no code needed).
